MultiView/X is a Microsoft Windows application that turns your personalcomputer into an X terminal for viewing X client applications running onSPARC or other host systems. X client applications appear in their ownwindows controlled by the Microsoft Windows manager, or in a single rootwindow managed by a remote window manager like OPEN LOOK or Motif.MultiView/X also high-quality terminal emulators for viewing remotecharacter applications that are not written for X Windows. The emulatorsprovide fonts that scale with the window size and the ability to copy andpaste and set up Dynamic Data Exchange hot links between remote host andlocal Microsoft Windows applications. System overhead is reduced by notusing X protocols to view character applications. .LOP MultiView/X willinterface with all popular TCP/IP implementations, including Sun PC-NFS,Windows Sockets- compliant TCP/IP transports, and many others.
